The following terms and conditions apply to TexNov, its associates, brands and partners.
Shipping, Orders and Returns
TexNov is an incorporated company based in QC Canada.
We strive to prepare each order to ensure proper shipping protection.
Each product has passed our internal quality control process, meeting and in most cases exceeding the standard market parameters.
Local orders can be picked up in our Sherbrooke or Laval offices (see details at the bottom of the page).
All international orders will be shipped by carrier according to the rates (FedEx, UPS and others), and handling charges, if applicable.
Currently, TexNov limits international orders to large quantities, such as FCL (full container load).
The order preparation times are “to be confirmed” one week or the following Monday if ordered at the weekend.
Return and Refund Policy
The company does not accept returns or refunds.
In case of missing parts, please inform us of the missing part, we will be happy to send it to you as soon as available.
Warranty and quality control
When a project, whether it is a new construction, renovation, resurfacing, repair or other requiring the use of one or more products, the manufacturer is not responsible for the result.
The manufacturer has tested all combinations of TexNov products, serving as surface preparation, surface repair, surface finishing and surface sealing, and offers all the above solutions under its brands.
We do not accept claims of any kind when customers mix, combine or apply our products with other products manufactured by other companies, other brands or any formulated product not tested in our facilities.

Shipping of returns
To return your product, you must send it to 839 Joseph-Louis-Mathieu street, Sherbrooke, J1R 0X3.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please contact us for more information.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
